Double-Tap (Voicemail + Email)
Pair a short voicemail with an email sent the same minute, referencing each other, to lift reply rates.
I'm sending a short email right now so you have this in writing,
The double-tap is one coordinated touch delivered two ways at once: you leave a short voicemail, then immediately send an email that references it. The voicemail makes you a known voice; the email gives the buyer something to act on without calling back. In the voicemail you say “I’m sending a short email right now so you have this in writing,” and the email opens “Just left you a quick voicemail.” Each one makes the other look intentional rather than like spam.
Use it as a single step in a longer sequence, not a one-off. It works because it hits two channels in the same moment, so the buyer encounters you twice and the two touches vouch for each other. It backfires if either message is long or pitchy, or if you repeat the exact same double-tap every day, which reads as pestering.
No single documented originator; this reflects standard modern prospecting cadence.
