Follow-Up Email After No Reply
A short copy-paste follow-up that adds value or an easy out, instead of the useless "just checking in".
This follow-up does two things a “just checking in” email never does: it gives the buyer something useful, and it offers a graceful exit. The value item earns the open; the easy out (“reply not now”) gets you a real answer instead of more silence, which lets you spend time on live deals.
Reference a specific thing they said, so it reads as a continuation, not a template blast. The two-day choice at the end makes replying a small decision rather than an open one. Send it a few days after the last contact, not the next morning.
There is no single originator for this pattern; it reflects standard modern sales-email practice. The core rule holds: every follow-up should add value or ask for a decision, never just “bump” the thread.
